How It Works

Check in. Practice.
See what actually shifts.

Buba reads your breath, voice and movement while you practice — not just how you felt before and after. So what changes is something you can see, not guess.

Step 01

Check in first

Tell Buba how your mind and body feel. It takes under a minute, and gives Buba a clear picture of where you are right now.

Step 02

Read your state

Buba turns that into a clear read of your state — overactive mind, low energy, scattered attention. You see what's going on, instead of guessing.

Step 03

Get your practice

No generic playlists. Buba matches the right practice to your state. As you do it, Buba reads your breath, voice and movement to see how your state responds.

Step 04

See what changed

Check in again after. Buba shows you exactly how your state shifted — calmer, steadier, more focused — compared to how you started.

Science

Backed by science

Knowing the research isn't enough. The right practice depends on you — your state, your moment.

FAQ

Good questions.
Honest answers.

What Buba is, how it's different, and what early access means.

  • Buba is a new approach to wellbeing practice — focused on shifting your state, not on keeping you hooked. Instead of guided audio you press play on, it gives you unguided practices across five modalities — breath, voice, movement, journaling and focus — grounded in science. You notice how you feel before and after (and we explore what happens during), so you learn what works for you and build the skill to steady yourself, without depending on an app.

  • Most apps hand you guided audio to follow. Buba doesn't — you practice yourself, with your own breath and voice, and it shows you what actually shifts your state. You build the skill, instead of depending on an app.

  • Buba launches on the App Store in July 2026, iOS first. Join the waitlist to lock in early-access terms and be among the first in — we'll email you the moment it's live, nothing in between.

  • Buba has a limited free tier — enough to explore the app, not enough to see the full picture. Full access is a subscription.

Waitlist members get a one-time offer at launch, not available after we go live:

Free first month on the monthly plan 50% off the first year on annual

No credit card today. You choose your plan at launch.

  • Not at launch. Buba is iOS-first so we can deliver the most responsive experience first. Android is on the roadmap — join the waitlist and we'll tell you when it's coming.

  • No. Buba is a wellbeing tool for self-directed practice, not treatment for clinical conditions. If you're dealing with severe distress or a diagnosed condition, please talk to a licensed professional. Buba complements care — it doesn't replace it.
